The United States Remains a Top Choice for Indian Students Pursuing Higher Education Abroad: Open Doors Report

NEW UPDATE : CANADA IMMIGRATION UPDATE

Canada: Immigration Minister Marc Miller said that with respect to the 38,000 visas for Indians, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) was expecting to process by December, the department will only be able to process 20,000.

INSTITUITIONS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM APPLICANT'S LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE WITH IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES

From December post-secondary education institutions will be required to confirm every applicant's letter of acceptance directly with Canadian immigration authorities.
